Perfectly Roasted Chicken Thighs

Turned out great! I may experiment with the spices a bit, but the technique was perfect.



8-10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried basil


1. Preheat the oven to 475.

2. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle both sides of chicken evenly with spices and herbs.

4. Roast, skin side down, for 18 minutes.

5. Flip chicken over and roast for another 20 minutes.
